Exclusions from Warranty:

  • User-related issues such as tank leaks, dry hits, or coil shorts

  • Damage after purchase due to improper handling, water exposure, or normal wear and tear

  • Use of batteries that are damaged or not recommended

What the Warranty Covers:

  • Devices that are Dead On Arrival (DOA) and do not power on or function

  • Malfunctions related to device screens

  • Chipset issues, such as atomizer detection failures or auto-firing

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Internal battery defects (where applicable)

Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase.

For certain claims, we may request photos or videos showing the product fault in order to process a replacement.

Exchanges:

If your item qualifies under our warranty, you may exchange it for a new, sealed item of the same model (if available), a product of equal value, or receive store credit.

Troubleshooting Process (may take up to 30 minutes—please allow sufficient time):

  • Did the device work out of the box?

  • When did the problem occur, and can it be reproduced?

Step 2 – Visual Inspection:

  • Are there any external signs of damage, such as dents, scratches, or bends?

  • Is there any evidence of fire or liquid exposure?
