  • For orders over $100, refunds are at the sole discretion of Fasta Vape Shop.

  • Due to individual taste preferences, we are unable to accept returns.

Return Process
Your return request will normally be processed in 1-2 business days after we receive it. A return will only be authorized if approved by our team. To proceed with a return, you must obtain written authorization from a FastaVapeShop representative. In order to guarantee a precise refund procedure, we could also ask for product feedback.

Non-Defective Returns
Please be aware that there will be a 25% restocking fee if you want to return a non-defective item, and the item must be unopened.

Product Inspection
We advise you to check your products as soon as you receive them. Returns and exchanges are only accepted for defective items, and they must be made within 15 days of the initial purchase. If the product is opened, store credit may be issued in place of a refund. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise noted. Lost or Stolen Packages

Incorrect Addresses
If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it is marked "unclaimed" or "return to sender," please notify us by email. Upon receiving the returned package, our team will handle the return and process your refund. For orders with free shipping, a 25% restocking fee might be applicable.
