Processing Time
Except on weekends and holidays, online orders will be processed in two to three business days. During high order volumes, slight delays may occur, but we are always working to get your items to you as quickly as possible. If there is any significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, so please be advised. We ensure that your items are delivered directly to your doorstep or the preferred shipping address within the United States and U.S. Territories.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email confirmation and a tracking number as soon as your product arrives. Your order can be tracked, and the tracking details will be active 24 hours after it is shipped.
Lost or Damaged Items
Despite our best efforts to package your shipments, we are not liable for lost or damaged goods during transit. If you receive damaged items, please contact the shipping company immediately to begin the claim process. For the sake of the claim procedure, keep any damaged goods and packaging materials.
International Shipping
We currently do not provide international shipping outside of the United States. We value your patience and anticipate the possibility of providing international delivery in the future.
